Abstract:

Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law serves as the set of fundamental guiding principles and the ideological foundation for comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China. It has made original contributions to the innovation and development of the theory of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It also stands as a crucial cornerstone in building an independent knowledge system for Chinese legal studies. Selecting the “China Legal Science Citation Index” as the observation subject， this study analyzes the publication trends and keyword frequencies of representative academic law journals between 2020 and 2024 regarding research on Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. This analysis fully demonstrates the significance and function of academic law journals in constructing the Chinese legal autonomous knowledge system.The findings reveal that academic research on Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law can be categorized into four dimensions： holistic studies， domain-specific explorations， research on its core tenets， and investigations into its key propositions. Through measures such as establishing special columns， guiding research topics， and presenting scholarly content， academic law journals have deepened the systematic and scholarly research and interpretation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. These efforts have advanced the development of a distinctively Chinese system of legal disciplines， academic frameworks， and discursive paradigms， thereby powerfully accelerating the construction of theChinese legal autonomous knowledge system.
