The Organizational Construction of the Communist Party of China in the New Era: Effectiveness Evaluation, Influencing Factors and Optimization Pathways

Abstract:

Organizing is a fine tradition of Marxist parties. Organizational construction serves as an important foundation for advancing the great new project of party building in the new era. The results of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews indicate that significant achievements have been made in the Party’s organizational construction in the new era, particularly in strengthening the development of primary-level Party organizations, rigorously managing officials, and enhancing the education and management of Party members. Analysis of this study’s multiple linear regression model’s results show that improvements in the governance effectiveness of environmental interaction factors, the implementation effectiveness of the exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance system, and the effectiveness of Party members and officials in playing their main roles,have a significant, positive impact on the effectiveness of the Party’s organizational construction in the new era. To conclude, throughoutthe New Era journey, efforts should be made to foster a clean and upright organizational development environment. This will mean continuously improving the standardization and institutionalization of the Party’s organizational construction and strengthening the main role of Party members and officials.The result will be a strong organizational guarantee for socialist modernizationand national rejuvenation.
